Timex is an American watch manufacturer located in Middlebury, Connecticut, and was established in 1854.  Today, Timex operates also in China, the Philippines, Canada, India, UK, France, and Mexico.  Timex were among the first company to make wrist watches, after being the first to produce an inexpensive mechanical pocket watch.  Also, Timex created the famed Mickey Mouse hands clock.

Timex is best known for lower-end, inexpensive wrist watches.  They make models for all occasions, including fashion & dress, sports & outdoors, health & fitness, expedition, and ironman.
